I
have been making knives since 1996 as a full-time maker with my wife joining
in 1999. I was very fortunate in the beginning; I met George and Barbara Herron
who have been teaching and inspiring us ever since. I have been told by many
that the Herron influence shows in my work. We are devoted to doing top notch
work that would make my mentor proud.
We use the best materials available, currently we use ATS-34 or 154CM steel but we have also worked with D-2, S60V and S30V. All guards and fittings are 303-stainless steel. All our knives are made by the stock removal method with tapered full tangs. Our sheaths are made from 8/9oz. leather, wet molded in black or brown with my original logo on them. All of our work is guaranteed provided it has been used for its intended purpose. And we will clean and sharpen any of our knives at no charge providing the customer covers the shipping charges. We do not take deposits on our standard models and try not to on special orders.
